HOW TO MAKE BAKED DONUT RECIPE


A delicious dessert may be made with this recipe for glazed sour cream donuts. They may be whipped up quickly and baked in the oven with little effort. It takes less than an hour to prepare the donuts, bake them, and glaze them, yet this method produces the greatest baked donuts. In addition, I have a specialized doughnut baking pan that I will use for this occasion. 

Donuts are wonderful treats for breakfast, particularly when they have a glaze that has just been made fresh. Also, this is a very simple recipe for a glaze, and it takes about a minute to combine the ingredients, after which a doughnut may be dipped in it. 

This has quickly become one of our go-to recipes, and it's always a lot of fun to experiment with new glazes and toppings on freshly made donuts. 

This baked version is far superior to the fried kind, and the fact that it is possible to prepare them in a very short period is another reason why we like them. Make it a point to track down the recipe, give it a try in the oven, and don't forget to get a mug of coffee to complement your doughnut.

THE INGREDIENTS LIST: 
 
FOR THE DONUT BATTER; YOU’LL NEED: 

300 grams.Of all-purpose flour. 

1 Tsp.Of baking powder.

1/2 Tsp.Of baking soda.

1/2 Tsp.Of ground cinnamon.

1/4 Tsp.Of ground nutmeg.

1 Cup.Of sour cream. 

3/4 Cup.Of light brown sugar. 

1/4 Cup.Of butter - melted. 

4 Tbsp.Of vegetable oil.

1 Tsp.Of vanilla extract. 

2 large beaten eggs. 

FOR MAKING THE GLAZE; I USED: 

250 grams.Of powdered sugar. 

1/4 Cup.Of whole milk. 

PREPARATION: 

1st Step

Before you begin; you need to turn the oven temp up to 425 degrees. 

2nd Step

In a bowl of around medium size, combine the ingredients for the cake batter: flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. 

3rd Step

Put the sour cream, brown sugar, butter, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract into a separate big basin and whisk all of the ingredients together well. 

4th Step

Mix everything well after each egg has been added. In the end, add the flour mixture and thoroughly combine. 

5th Step

Put the batter into a big bag, then snip the very tip of the bag to remove a little quantity of the batter. Donuts may be made by piping the batter in a circular pattern into a doughnut pan. Then bake for 10 minutes. 

6th Step

While the donuts are in the oven, you may prepare the glaze by combining the two components. 

7th Step 

After the donuts are done baking, remove them from the oven and dip each one individually into the glaze mixture. Place on a cookie rack to cool and become more stable. Please allow the donuts to cool for around half an hour.
