⅓ Cup.Of Chicken stock.
½ Tsp.Of Sea salt.
½ Tsp.Of Pepper.
¼ Cup.Of chopped Parsley for garnish.
PREPARATION:
1st Step
After seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper, dredge it in lupin flour to ensure that it is evenly coated.
2nd Step
In a pan, melt the butter and olive oil that you'll be using for half of the recipe over medium heat.
3rd Step
Quickly add the chicken tenderloins and cook for a total of 8 minutes, 4 minutes on each side, until they are browned. Wrap it in foil, and put it to the side.
4th Step
Add more oil and butter to the pan, followed by chopped garlic, and whisk all of the ingredients together until they are incorporated.
5th Step
After adding the mushrooms and a pinch of salt and pepper, continue to sauté the mixture for approximately four minutes, or until the mushrooms have achieved a golden color. Remove the mushrooms now; they will be later added.
6th Step
After adding the wine and chicken stock, scrape the bottom of the pan to ensure even distribution. Continue to cook for another three minutes, until the sauce has reduced significantly.
7th Step
Add the chicken and mushrooms back in, and whisk in a tablespoon of butter; then, serve in a large serving pan or dish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley on top.
