HOW TO MAKE CROCKPOT BEEF TIPS & NOODLES

Ingredients:

Two lbs. of beef broth.

Canned mushroom cream soup (you can use a 10-ounces can).

Brown gravy mixture (you can use 1 packet).

1 cup of beef broth.

Medium-cut onion.

Two cloves of minced garlic.

Cornstarch: 1 tbsp. (mixed with 1 tbsp. of water).


Directions:

First Step: 

In a medium bowl, blend together the cream of mushroom soup, the beef, the gravy mix and the onion with the garlic and whisk them.

If it has some lumps in it, it will loosen up during slow cooking.

Second Step: 

Place the cooked meat in a 4-quart crock pot, and after pouring broth mixture over meat, blend together by giving it a little whirl.

Simmer for 7 hours, covered.

Third Step: 

Then, when meat is done cooking, remove it from the pan using a slotted spoon and set it aside. Blend cornstarch with water and stir it in to thickening up the sauce.

Fourth Step:

As soon as the broth thickens, put the meat back into the crock and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

Fifth Step:

Finally, you can serve them on top of some mashed potatoes or egg noodles and enjoy.
