HOW TO MAKE CRAB STUFFED CHEDDAR BISCUITS WITH LEMONY BUTTER SAUCE

1 Tsp.Of garlic.
1 Tsp.Of Italian Seasoning.
Lump crab meat; I used 1 pound fully cooked.
¼ Tsp.Of smoked paprika.
½ Tsp.Of onion powder.
½ Cup.Of mayonnaise.
1 Tbsp.Of mustard.
½ crushed Ritz crackers.
1 Cup.Of grated parmesan.
PREPARATION:
Step 1:
Prepare the biscuit mix by following the instructions on the box, then put it aside. In addition, ensure that the oven is preheated at 375 degrees and that two muffin pans have been coated with nonstick spray.
Step 2:
Mix the crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mustard, mayonnaise, and crumbled crackers together in a bowl. Make sure everything is properly combined, then, if necessary, add a little bit more mayonnaise.
Step 3:
Put some biscuit mix on your hand that has been sprinkled with flour, and then use a scoop to level it off. Make the biscuit into a cup shape. Put some crab mixture into the biscuit's hollow "bowl."
