How To Make Peanut Butter Cookies

There's nothing quite like a peanut butter cookie, to satisfy your sweet tooth and cheer you up, it's full of peanut butter flavor and has the perfect balance of salty and sweet with a smooth, chewy texture that melts in your mouth.

I've loved peanut butter cookies for as long as I can remember and they will always be one of my favorites. So of course it only makes sense that I'm sharing my idea of the best peanut butter cookie recipe.

These easy-to-make cookies, packed with peanut butter flavor, are soft and chewy, and absolutely delicious dipped in milk.

These are the basic ingredients you'll need for these classic peanut butter cookies:

Ingredients:

To make 25 cookies, you need:

One cup of peanut butter(240 g).

Half a cup of sugar(100 g).

One egg.


Preparation:

1st Step

To 350 degrees Fahrenheit, preheat the oven (180 degrees Celsius).

2nd Step 

Mix the peanut butter, sugar, and egg in a large bowl, scoop out a tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball.Put the biscuit balls on a non-stick baking sheet.

3rd Step 

For further decoration and to get it to cook evenly, flatten the biscuit balls by pressing fork down over them, after that, at a 90 degree angle, press it down again to make a crisscross pattern.

4th Step 

For 8 to 10 minutes, bake until bottom of cookies are golden brown.

5th Step 

Take them out of the parchment paper and let them cool.
