There is nothing more satisfying than being able to relive fond memories with the help of some entertaining dishes that we are all familiar with and like. It's no secret that Hershey's chocolate fudge is one of the greatest fudge recipes out there, and I have no doubt that thinking about it brings up a lot of happy memories.
One of my all-time favorite sweets is fudge, and during the winter months, I make a ton of it to share with family and friends. It's a delicious delicacy that's easy to prepare and perfect for giving away as presents, plus it won't put a dent in your cash account. In this recipe, cocoa powder is called for as one of the components. Soft, creamy, and chocolaty, this recipe needs neither sweetened condensed milk nor marshmallow crème to succeed. Any time of year is perfect for enjoying the decadent chocolate fudge as a sweet treat.

⅔ Cup.Of Hershey's cocoa.
3 Cups.Of granulated sugar.
A pinch.Of salt.
1½ Cups.Of milk.
½ stick.Of butter.
1 Tsp.Of vanilla extract.
DIRECTIONS:

Put the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt into a big pot and stir them together until they are completely incorporated.
2nd Step
In the pot, whisk in the milk after adding it. To bring the mixture to a boil, raise the temperature to medium-high, and continue stirring as it cooks.
3rd Step
Once the mixture has reached the boiling point, you should stop stirring and attach the candy thermometer to the edge of the pot.
4th Step
Cook the mixture until it reaches a temperature of 234 degrees or until it can be shaped into a soft ball when dropped into cold water.
5th Step
Take it off the fire and mix it with some butter and vanilla extract. DON'T STIR!
6th Step
Reduce the temperature to roughly 130 degrees and mix the fudge often until part of the shine disappears. This may take a few minutes.
7th Step
Move to a plate that has been buttered. When the fudge has set for a few hours, carefully run a knife through it to pop any remaining air bubbles. Refrigerate and enjoy!
